I am so bloody pissed right now. Particularly at Maxtor(the retarded portable hard drive brand) this is the story...

I was cleaning up my room, when i found the install documents and cd and stuff for my portable hard drive(PHD), and so i decided i want to reinstall the software cuz i thought it may be useful now that i know how to utilise the software(i deleted it previously due to its complex programming). so i ran the CD, but it is practically useless.. so i went to their website to look for the software download for the PHD, and i found the link. i clicked on it, knowing that 20mins from now, i'll be a happy man. but WRONG.. they claimed that i have to email in to Maxtor's customer support and provide retarded dumb-ass information of my product, and then they'll send a password over, then i can access the download, and actually download it. i thought of it as a damn retarded method of getting their customers satisfied, but nevermind, i dont mind. so i registered, but f**k this sh*t, the website doesn't want me in... i tried logging in to the website, but they didn't recognise my account. so i tried changing my password, can leh, can access the database also leh, so i changed it. and retried logging in. CANNOT AGAIN... mind you, i tried 10 over times but all to no avail. so therefore, no password, which means no software download...i spent 2 whole f***king hours getting frustrated over some tech product which is getting negative feedback all over the net.

it's f-ing 4.30am now and i have to wake up in 1 and a half hours time.
