Thoughts that linger in the mind of a Singaporean teen.

Sometimes when you look at a person long enough, you realise that person doesn't really look like how he normally does. You start noticing his or her more subtle features, and most of the time, the person will look uglier.

The first person i noticed this effect on was Former Prime Minister and Senior Minister Goh Chok Tong during one of his national day rallies. No offence to one of Singapore's more remarkable leaders, but it's just weird how someone changes appearance in your eyes so suddenly.

That's all. Nothing to do, super bored.

ok, another random topic that's been in my mind for quite awhile.

I'm assuming most of you guys reading this have tried rock climbing before. So you're fastened to safety equipments and all, and can fall off the rock wall anytime you want, and you'll be assured of your safe landing. ok, so you're all the way up 3 quarters of the really tall wall, and your fingers are as numb as sponges, you can't move 'em anymore, you're only left with 2 choices:
  • Stay there, stranded, not doing anything
  • Release your grip, land safely on the ground......but waste your effort trying, knowing that just a little bit more strength will bring you right to the top.
Ever been in that situation? Well i have, and i'm sick of being stranded up there. Nope, not on the rock wall, but in a stagnant stage of my life.
