Sigh, been dying to talk to you, but i never dared to.. Even when i finally gathered all my balls to do so, a new reason not to do so pops up. Which leads me to think, since it's been 5 years and no results, i'm giving up. not on you, but on generally everyone (for the mean time at least -.-)

My new hair is dedicated to you.

Now since when did kvc_king become so emotional and sensitive?

We all strive so hard to be who we aren't, when there's always the better option of being ourselves.

Sometimes we see someone attractive in the streets or whatever, and we fall into a deep state of infatuation till we over react and think irrationally out of nervousness and excitement. All of which amounts to the transformation from our usual selves, to someone who is... next to perfect.

This may improve our chances in getting whatever we're after, but why can't we impress with our humble selves? Why do we need to be the Indiana Jones and the Mr and Mrs Smith in order to achieve our desires? Sometimes, we look at ourselves in the mirror and complain why we're born with negative features, then we start hating ourselves. But we've never come across the fact that we are our very own movie stars and the opportunity to appear in our very own film is always there for the taking.

Maybe we should start being ourselves and stop conforming to society's standards and classifications......

and maybe i should walk the talk.

Oh, and i have both good news, and bad news.

Former Miss Singapore World, Ris Low has been in the spot light of infamy for quite awhile now. This has really got to stop...

There are some things we can laugh at, and there are some we can't. Laughing at someone who has not only lost her crown, but all her dignity, reputation and rights as a human being, is definitely not okay. It's inhumane, childish and sadistic at this rate.. If you really have to laugh at the video, go ahead, but mocking her, JUDGING her and embarrassing her over and over again is too much. You can't simply judge someone based on one video interview. How is she going to face the public now? Is she going to step out of her house, and have everyone point fingers at her and laugh?

If you think she's an embarrassment to our Singapore on the world stage, then look how much of a mess all of you have made of this matter. Foreigners will not only think of how childish Singaporeans are, but they will be afraid of standing out here in Singapore, fearing the criticism they might earn. I'm sure foreigners won't be the only ones scared, so how will this help Singaporean girls step up to participate in future beauty pageants?

The media is another big player in this saga. If you find this issue a good medium to get people to read your newspapers and watch your news, then i feel it's just mean.

Everyone should stop and let this matter rest and give Ris a break...

Let me blog about my attachment. At first, everything went well. People were friendly, experience was gained. But nothing....nothing prepared me for what was to be assigned to me on the last day of my 3rd week at Surbana International Consultants... It was almost.. Secondary school all over again. Only WORSE..

As some of you may not understand the extent of this disaster, Kelvin Choo Yue Shen is one of the very few (2 to be exact) students who diligently attend CLB (Chinese Language Syllabus "B") classes at Dunearn Secondary School every Tuesday during his secondary 3 & 4 days. Till now, his chinese hasn't improve and he scored a "Pass" in his CLB O'Levels.
